How can i treat this?
So I have a yeast infection and I’m a male (candida balinitis) its Very embarrasing and I don’t know how. To tell my girlfriend nevertheless how to treat it … what products can I buy like at walmart or cvs or walgreens please I need help!
the only OTC yeast fighting drug will be something like Monistat. But, it depends where your yeast infection is. Is it on your skin? If so, this might just work.. the only problem, in a female, the monistat is a cream that stays in the vagina for quite awhile. If you want to try using this OTC cream, I would suggest putting a 4×4 gauze over the cream to try and keep it on your infected skin as long as possible. If it’s in a skin fold, then you probably don’t have to do this, though. I have always wondered if this would work, but it seems logical to me…
If it’s in your mouth however, this will not work, and you’ll need to see a doctor to get a mouthwash medicine!
Also, try not to be embarrassed about a yeast infection- it’s really not uncommon. While working in the hospital, I saw it a lot. If you have been sick in recent history, it’s likely your body just was more immune to it than usual!
