Has anyone used grapefruit seed extract for candida (fungal/yeast overgrowth)? What else can it be used for?
I have read that there are many uses for this wonderful natural substance. Has anyone one had good results with it?
Also called citrus seed extract, and “forbidden fruit” extract, this is a pretty good for earache and I take it for that. I’ve been told its great for throat problems too.
I have read, however (I think from wikipedia) that the preservatives of commercial extracts are more potent in fighting fungal growth than the extract in pure form. I don’t know how right that is tho.
