I might have a vaginal infection while pregnant, what do I do?
I think I may have a vaginal infection. I am 4weeks 6days pregnant. I mostly have severe burning, whitish discharge, no itching. Just would like some answers, will this harm the child? I’m concerned because I had a miscarriage this past august and an ectopic 2 years ago. This is my 3rd pregnancy, I just want everything to go well this time around…Is there anything that can be taken over the counter? I don’t know whether to differentiate if this is a yeast/bacterial/ or even a UTI. Of course I will make an appt this week but it may be Thurs that I can make it in due to work. Is this waiting too long? Please help!
call your doc now. He/she will know if it is important or not. If so, you could go to the ER tonight, and if not you’re already on the phone, so just make an appointment… seems logical, no?
