Is it common for breastfeeding mothers to get thrust?
Someone told me that since my newborn has thrush it shouldnt surprise me if i got a yeast infection…has this ever happened to anyone?
I am an R. N. Worked with moms and babies for over 25 years. This is a very common problem. Need to see your doctor. Both Mom and baby need to be treated or they keep giving it back and forth to each other. There is a creme for your nipples and drops for baby’s mouth. Do call the doc. I’m sure you will both do well.
