Is there a way to prevent Yeast Infections?
What causes them to begin with?
Yeast spores are common in nature, favoring moist, dark, warm habitats. Guess where on the female body that is present?
They are a fact of life and sometimes just happen. The yeast is always present there in some degree. Its only when it grows out of control that you notice its presence.
Use of antibiotics favors yeast growth because it kills the bacteria that keeps the yeast under control in your body. Not always, but many times. If this is a constant problem, your physician can give you a medication to control the yeast until you finish the antibiotics.
A balanced diet, adequate rest, and normal hygiene is usually sufficient to keep your body “balanced” in this regard.
