Does anyone know how to relieve the itching from a vaginal yeast infection?

you can use yoghurt (no joke). it contains lactobacillus, the bacterium that is one of the ‘good guys’ and gets killed when you’re placed on antibiotics (most common reason for yeast infection)… that’s when the yeast takes over.
You use the yoghurt like you’d use a monistat vaginal cream/applicator. hope this helps.
