Yeast infection or std?
I noticed some small bumps on my vagina but i thought it was just ingrown hair but i have been having discharge for a while now and I just got my period and the bumps got worse, ( they are really itchy) I had unprotected sex with someone that I didn’t know was checked for an STD or not, I’m actually scared to death that this is Herpes or something and I feel absolutly disgusting. I’m only 16, so if its herpes I plan on running myself over with train. I also read on a site similar to this that having sex with a yeast infection can cause small bumps and I also think that may be it. Also does having sex on your period have anything to do with anything?
i wanted to make a correction because they arent bumps there just red spots and there not around my clitoris or near there they are more like on the sides closer t othe hole (and i think it may be due to the fact i had sex the other day {with my bf} and after sex i always burn.) I don’t knooooow
Herpes is NOT the end of the world believe me! There are much worse things out there like HIV/AIDS. I personally contracted BOTH genital herpes and HPV when I was 17 years old. Soon after I was diagnosed I developed cervical cancer from my HPV, but I’m still here and still fighting!
The only way to know what you have for sure is to see a doctor and have them take a look at you. They can offer/provide proper treatment for you. It’s better to be safe than sorry! Good luck to you!
